Moorings in Düsseldorf

1. Hafenbecken B

Harbour mooring to the south of the Old Town. Bus services to and from the Messe provided morning and evening.

2. Medienhafen

Moorings in the old Customs Harbour ( Zollhafen ) – up and coming area of Düsseldorf dominated by the media. Choice of bars and restaurants. Bus service to/from the Messe mornings and evenings from the Stromstrasse
(ca. 100 metres from the ships). 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

4. Altstadt

Moorings are directly in front of the Altstadt (Old Town) ideal for post Fair entertainment. For most Fairs, free bus service to and from the Messe is provided from the Oberkasseler Bridge (ca. five minute walk). U- Bahn (Metro) Station Heinrich Heine Allee is a five minute walk and has direct services to the Fair.

5. Schlossufer

Moorings to the south of the Oberkasseler Bridge. For all major Fairs a free bus service operates from just north of the Bridge to and from the Messe mornings and evenings. For evening entertainment the Old Town (Altstadt) is a 5 minute walk.

6. Tonhallenufer

Mooring to the north of the Oberkasseler Bridge. For all major Fairs, free bus service operates from a bus stop very close to the ships to and from the Messe mornings and evenings. For evening entertainment the Old Town (Altstadt) is a 5 minute walk.

7. Rheinterrassen

Moorings to the north of the Oberkasseler Bridge. For all major Fairs, free bus service operates from a bus stop at the Rheinterrassen to and from the Messe mornings and evenings. For evening entertainment the Old Town (Altstadt) is a 10 minute walk.

8. Robert Lehr Ufer

Moorings to the south of the Theodor Heuss Bridge. For all major Fairs, a free bus service operates from the Theodor Heuss Bridge to and from the Messe mornings and evenings. For evening entertainment the Old Town (Altstadt) is a 20 minute walk.

9. Schnellenburg

Mooring directly opposite the South Entrance of the Fair. From ship to Messe in less than five minutes. Public transport during the day from the Messe to the Altstadt (Old Town) is plentiful.

Moorings are allocated by the City Harbour Authorities. We do not guarantee a specific mooring at time of booking. Taxis are available from Düsseldorf Taxi Zentrale in all locations.
